Here are some of the options available to both exhibitor and non-exhibitors… Show Guide Each year, more than 5,000 official show guides are produced and handed out to those who attend the show. These handy guides contain details on all exhibitors at the show, a floorplan and other useful information about the event. As well as using these to navigate the show floor, many visitors take their guides home with them to use as a reference. COSTS QUARTER-PAGE ADVERT - £195 HALF-PAGE ADVERT - £345 FULL-PAGE ADVERT - £695 Visitor Badges Similar to the lanyards, sponsorship options are also available on the visitor badges that are printed out and handed to all attendees. All visitors are required to wear their badges while inside the hall, meaning your brand will be constantly visible from the moment doors open through to when the show ends. Floor Graphics The Print Show offers several opportunities for branded floor graphics across the hall. The largest option is a 4m x 2m graphic that our thousands of visitors will cross over each time they enter the hall. Other, smaller graphics (1m x 1m) can also be placed at locations around the show floor. COSTS SMALL FLOOR GRAPHIC - £495 ENTRANCE FLOOR GRAPHIC - £2,495 Knowledge Zone A focal area of the show, the Knowledge Zone is our dedicated speaker area that plays host to a packed programme of specialist sessions. Drawing heavy footfall from both visitors and exhibitors, this offers a highly effective way of drawing attention to your brand. Sponsoring this area involves having branding integrated within the design of the zone. COST THREE-DAY SPONSORSHIP – £2,995 Video Wall Digital Screen The Knowledge Zone will also house a large digital screen, which, during sessions is used by speakers as part of their presentations. When sessions are not in progress, the screen will be available for sponsorship, which can range from a static logo through to a longer video clip. COST PER DAY - £1,495 Coffee Cart Branded Barriers New this year is a breakout area where visitors and exhibitors can take time away from the busy show floor and relax with a coffee or refreshments. The area will be cordoned off by bistro and café style barriers, which are available for sponsorship. Alternatively, there is the option for a ‘ownership takeover’, where the entire area will be renamed and rebranded to reflect this sponsorship. Pre-Registration Name Drop During the months leading up to the event, our dedicated pre-registration team phones each contact on our database to invite them to attend The Print Show. We reach out to more than 30,000 individuals over a three-month period to encourage them to pre-register. Exhibitors can sponsor a ‘name drop’, where our team will specifically mention that their company is exhibiting during each call, raising further awareness of their presence at the show.
