Mimaki Europe - Hall 9, Booth A04 Manufacturer of inkjet printing and cutting technologies, Mimaki Europe, will be highlighting innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity. Technology on show will include the recently launched UCJV330-160 integrated sign printer/cutter which features 2.5D printing for embossed effects. Also on show will be the JFX600-2513 printer; the CFX-2513 flatbed cutter; and the UJF6042 MkIIe direct-to-object printer which will demonstrate 360-degree printing with the Kebab HS unit. The two industrial grade UJF-7151 plusII UV printers will also be working alongside a robotic arm. For textile printing, Mimaki will show the TxF300-75 for direct-to-film printing as well as highlighting a world-first in cyclical textile technology in the Neo-Chromatic Process. Hybrid Services is the exclusive distributor of Mimaki in the UK and Ireland. Müller Martini - Hall 1, Booth B50-1 – B50-3 Müller Martini will present four highly automated industrial production lines integrated with the Connex workflow. Under the theme ‘Driving the Digital Transformation’, Müller Martini will take up 1,400sq m of space at the exhibition to demonstrate four production lines. Demonstrated will be the Antaro Digital perfect binder, SigmaLine Compact, Primera PRO saddle stitcher, and Ventura MC 200 thread sewing machine, all integrated in the Connex workflow. In addition to live demonstrations of its latest innovations, Müller Martini will be showcasing its Smart Factory which utilises intelligent on-demand production to boost sustainability. Ricoh - Hall 8A, Booth A21-1 – A21-2 Based on HENKAKU, the Japanese term for transformational innovation, Ricoh Europe will use an immersive booth to demo its digital printing solutions. Included in the lineup will be the RICOH Pro Z75 B2 sheetfed digital inkjet press aka ‘the Dragon’. This press is the first B2 perfecting (auto-duplexing) sheetfed inkjet platform using aqueous ink and is said to accelerate the shift from offset to digital. Also on show will be ‘the Happy Eagle’, the RICOH VC80000 digital colour highspeed inkjet webfed press for commercial, book and direct mail printing; and ‘the Jaguars’: the 135ppm RICOH Pro C9500 digital colour sheetfed press and the RICOH Pro C7500 five-colour digital sheetfed press. Ricoh Europe will also showcase its software solutions including the new RICOH TotalFlow Producer SaaS solution; the award-winning RICOH Auto Color Adjuster for colour management; the RICOH ProcessDirector automated end-to-end workflow management system; and RICOH Supervisor. These technologies will be dramatised by an immersive theatre experience at the centre of Ricoh’s booth in the form of the HENKAKUVERSE. SCREEN - Hall 8A, Booth A03 Adopting the theme ‘Creating a Future in Print – Tech x Irodori’, SCREEN Graphic Solutions will highlight the importance of industry cooperation for the future of printing at drupa 2024. For the publishing and commercial printing markets, SCREEN will launch the Truepress JET 560HDX high-productivity roll-fed digital inkjet press. SCREEN will also be demonstrating its high-speed roll-fed inkjet Truepress JET 520HD mono system designed for monochrome printing. This press will be producing a range of samples using SCREEN’s new GA high-density black ink. Another new system on show will be SCREEN’s Truepress JET S320 ideal for on-demand book and variable direct mail work. The PlateRite HD 8900NII 8-page CTP system; Truepress LABEL 350UV SAI S inkjet range of UV presses; Truepress PAC 520P inkjet press using water-based food compliant inks; and the Truepress PAC 830F inkjet system for flexible packaging films will all also be on show. swissQprint – Hall 9, Booth B04 Large-format kit manufacturer, swissQprint, will demonstrate the many developments in terms of hardware and applications that have happened since drupa 2016. The new high-end flatbed printer, the Kudu is built on a newly designed mechanical foundation and swissQprint says it has seen a “meteoric rise” in the first year since its launch. SwissQprint’s roll-to-roll model, the Karibu 2 can handle applications such as relief, neon, and varnish, and also features a patented Tip Switch Vacuum and integrated Mesh Kit. Now in their fourth generation, swissQprint’s original models, the Oryx, Impala, and Nyala, all feature a modular design. The Nyala has been Europe’s most popular printer in its class for the past nine years. In addition to the product line-up, swissQprint’s team, six subsidiaries, and global partner network will be on hand across the ten-day event. Technau - Hall 8A, Booth B41 Supplier of solutions for paper handling, monitoring, processing, and finishing for digital print, Technau, will show 15 solutions across its own booth and partner booths. Solutions for high-speed continuous-feed finishing on show include the new Technau Revolution 50 cut and stack for commercial print applications; the new Technau Revolution 50 book-block production with pre-glue; and the Technau Revolution 50 cut and fold for direct mail and pharma applications.
